Products and orders

Product descriptions, prices, and availability may change. The total price, applicable taxes, and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you place an order. We may contact you if an item cannot be supplied or if a listing contains a material error; if we cannot fulfill a paid order, we will refund the affected amount.

Retail and wholesale purchases

Retail customers may purchase products for personal use. Approved business customers may purchase products offered through SaltCurb's wholesale catalog for their business, including resale. Wholesale access and pricing apply only to eligible business accounts and products shown in that catalog. Third-party brand names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners; their appearance on SaltCurb does not imply that SaltCurb owns those brands.

Shipping, pickup, and returns

Our published Shipping Policy explains available shipping rates, the order handling time, and local pickup. Our published Return and Refund Policy explains the 14-day return window, item condition requirements, and customer-paid return shipping. Those policies form part of these terms.

Site use and privacy

You may use this site to browse products, place legitimate orders, and contact us. Do not interfere with the site or use it for fraud or unlawful activity. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
