Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 14 days after delivery or pickup. Eligible items must be unused and in their original packaging. This policy applies to retail and wholesale orders.

Before sending or bringing an item back, email southbaybrothers@gmail.com with your order number and the items you want to return. We will provide return instructions. Customers who mail returns arrange and pay for their own return shipping label.

After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method. Your payment provider may need additional time to post it.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can help resolve the issue. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
